How the presale works, no surprises
We launch if at least 5 events book by December 15, 2026. Otherwise we refund everyone, without being asked.
It will be ready for events from February 1, 2027. If it isn't, full refund.
You can cancel any time before your event and get all your money back. One email is enough.
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR with their camera and record in the phone's browser, iPhone or Android. No account, no passwords.
Can I watch the videos before the date?
No, and that's the point. You can see how many messages have arrived, but the content stays sealed until the day you chose, for everyone: there is no setting to open them early.
Can I pick a different opening date?
Yes. The first anniversary is the most common choice, but you can set any date up to three years after the event.
My event is before February 2027. Can I use it?
Not yet: the presale exists precisely to decide whether to build it. If you want it for a later event, book now and lock in the price.
Who can see the videos?
Only you, when they open. Guests only see their own message. The videos are not public and never end up on social media.
What if I change my mind?
Before your event we refund everything, one email is enough. If the project doesn't launch, the refund comes on its own.
