Who we are

Sealbook is a service by Proapptiva S.R.L.S., VAT IT01824700627, based in Italy. For any question about your data, write to proapptivasrls@gmail.com.

What data we collect

If you book, the payment is handled by Stripe: that is where you enter your name, email, phone and the details of your event. We receive this data from Stripe to manage your booking; your card details stay with Stripe and we never see them. How Stripe handles them is described in its privacy policy.

If you email us, we keep your address and what you wrote, in order to reply.

Analytics

We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool: it counts visits in aggregate, anonymously, builds no profiles and does not follow you across other sites. That is why there is no cookie banner.

What we use the data for

Only to manage your booking, any refunds, and replies to your questions. We do not sell data to anyone and we do not sign you up to newsletters you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Until your event or your refund, plus the time required by tax obligations on receipts. If you want it deleted sooner, one email is enough.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, as provided by the GDPR, by writing to proapptivasrls@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
